Verixa is a marketplace, not a law firm. Verixa does not provide legal advice and does not employ, supervise, or control the practitioners listed on the platform.

Independent professionals

All practitioners (patent agents, attorneys, IP counsel) are independent licensed professionals. Each practitioner is solely responsible for:

• Confirming their licensure and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction;
• The legal advice, opinions, and work product they deliver;
• Compliance with the rules of professional conduct in their jurisdiction;
• Managing conflicts of interest and confidentiality with their clients.

Verification

Verixa performs basic verification of credentials submitted by practitioners but does not guarantee accuracy, current standing, or competence. Clients should independently verify any practitioner before engagement.

Engagement

An engagement between a client and a practitioner is a direct relationship between those two parties. Verixa facilitates introductions, payments, and document exchange but is not a party to the engagement and assumes no responsibility for its outcome.

Disputes

Disputes regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of practitioner services must be resolved between the client and the practitioner. Verixa may, at its discretion, mediate or refund platform fees under our Refund Policy.
