This policy explains when refunds are available for payments made through Verixa.
When you pay for a practitioner review, funds are held by Verixa until the review is delivered. You are eligible for a full refund if:
Once a review is accepted and delivered on time, fees are generally non-refundable, because the practitioner has performed the work. Practitioner payouts are released after delivery.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Platform fees on transactions are non-refundable once a transaction has settled.
AI usage is metered and consumed in real time. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits within an active plan remain available until the plan ends.
Anchoring fees cover network and processing costs. Successful anchors are non-refundable. If anchoring fails after all retries, the corresponding fee is refunded automatically.
Email support@verixa.com from the account email address with the transaction reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
